Teak wood is durable and will develop a silver-grey finish over time. The natural oils in teak help prevent rotting and offer resistance to fungus termites and wood-boring pests. Teak oils may surface when exposed to rain and humidity appearing as water stains. These oils can leave teak marks on fabrics and are easy to clean. Fine cracks are natural and may occur as the wood ages. Synthetic all-weather rope weave is fade resistant and easy to clean. Textilene mesh cushion construction is stretch and tear resistant. Durable quick dry foam cushions are anti-microbial and environmentally friendly. PVC-coated olefin outdoor performance fabric offers extreme weather resistance and protection against fading and UV damage.
