Position # 20101101 - Associate Sales Manager
We are looking for a talented individual to fill an associate sales manager position. This individual must possess the following qualifications:
• A sales driven background in a retail environment preferably with 3-5 years experience
• A proven leadership background
• Possess strong customer relations
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with inventory processes and loss prevention
• Ability to multi task and get tasks completed
• Furniture & home décor merchandising would be an asset but will train
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office, Explorer and POS
• To move and lift up to 50 pounds
• Learn in a fast paced environment
• Has the creativity and ability to see unique opportunities
• Work well in team environments as well as independently
• Punctual, reliable, trustworthy and honest with good time management skills
You will be responsible for overseeing our sales team. Your role will be to provide on the job coaching and mentoring to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales targets. You will be the go-to person for advice on how to handle all sales related questions and issues from your staff. You will be implementing company policies and procedures a nd be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets set out for you. You will be a great example to the team on how to exemplify customer service and demonstrate strong leadership.
Position #20101102 - Florist/Sales Associate
To fill a florist position. This florist needs to have the following attributes:
• Be energetic and creative with a unique eye for modern and fresh designs
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years floral design experience
• Experience with wedding and event consultations
• Have the ability to re-create visual presentations and create own unique designs
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Possess the ability to multitask
• Willing to do other duties not floral related including moving and lifting up to 50lbs
• Some retail experience would be an asset
• Familiarity with computers including Microsoft Office, Explorer, and POS
• Punctual, reliable, trustworthy, and honest
As a florist in our shop you will be taking care of orders from clients and wire service providers as they come through out the day. You will be in charge of answering the telephone and taking orders in a business conductive manner, filling out the order, processing and creating the arrangements to the customer’s needs. You will need to be able to cater to our walk in, business and wedding clientele. You will be in charge of keeping the cooler stocked and having arrangements placed in a creative and innovative way. There will be other duties through out the day in the shop that are not floral related that you will need to tend to when there are no orders including, but not limited to, helping customers on the sales floor, assisting with inventory, and general clean up. You will be working in a team environment but must possess the ability to work independently.
